Managing urban planning regulations, environmental impact, and budget We are looking for a professional to perform the duties of a Technical Architect in Cartagena (Murcia). The primary task will be creating building designs and blueprints, using both manual techniques and specialized software such as AutoCAD. Coordination with other sector professionals will also be required to ensure the feasibility of various projects. The role will involve considering and managing key aspects including current urban planning regulations, the environmental impact of constructions, and the budget allocated to each project. Prior experience in similar positions is essential, along with a valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting. Knowledge of foreign languages and specific IT competencies relevant to the position will be considered advantageous. The contract will be indefinite, full-time, Monday to Friday, with split shifts. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
