Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise crops, plan team tasks, ensure quality, manage personnel, and comply with safety regulations in a temporary position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead daily crop supervision and task planning. 2. Ensure work quality and staff efficiency. 3. Personnel management, safety management, and nursery planning. We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position at POZO ESTRECHO. Main duties will include daily crop supervision and team task planning. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring work quality and staff efficiency, participating in forecasting labor requirements for agricultural operations, and recording key data on crops and workers. Additionally, the candidate will ensure team compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations. They will participate in organizing personnel for external trials and supervise the nursery for future planting planning. Procurement of necessary consumables will also be managed. Working hours will be full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule between 08:00 and 16:00, and corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the indicated role. * We seek a team-oriented individual who is an active group member with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and proactive involvement in problem-solving. * Analytical ability. * Knowledge of agronomy and varietal selection processes. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Spanish \- Native * Minimum vocational qualification oriented toward agriculture and crop production. \- Pesticide Applicator License. \- Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training is desirable. \- English proficiency. \- French is desirable. \- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
