Job Summary: We are seeking a Technologist in Document Management and Data Validation to support the search, review, validation, and organization of academic and documentary information related to Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education in Colombia. Strategic information management with educational impact We are currently developing a nationwide project focused on establishing strategic guidelines for incorporating Artificial Intelligence into Higher Education in Colombia. We seek a **Technologist in Document Management and Data Validation** to support activities involving the search, review, validation, and organization of academic and documentary information related to technical, technological, and university programs offered by Higher Education Institutions in Colombia. The selected candidate will participate in identifying keywords associated with Artificial Intelligence in curricular frameworks, academic profiles, and scientific output, as well as in administrative support tasks and project information consolidation. **Responsibilities / Job Functions** ------------------------------------------- * Identify and analyze websites and sources containing the required project information. * Conduct searches and download academic and administrative documents. * Manually validate the presence of Artificial Intelligence-related keywords in curricular frameworks, academic profiles, and scientific output. * Complete validation forms and matrices according to established guidelines. * Review, organize, and consolidate information collected during project activities. * Perform quality adjustments and verifications on processed information. * Support the analysis and validation of textual and documentary data. * Manage databases and files using office software, especially Excel. * Support the administrative processes across various project stages and its coordinators. * Participate in in-person meetings in Cali, Medellín, and Barranquilla, incorporating results into the final document. **Requirements** -------------- * **Technologist** degree in Document Management, Archival Science, Administration, Systems, or related fields. * **Minimum one (1) year of experience** in textual data analysis and validation, documentary review, or advanced Excel usage. * Experience in organizing, reviewing, and validating information. * Proficiency in office software and database management. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and documentary organization skills. * Tracking skills, collaborative work ability, and task completion capability. **Conditions** --------------- * Location: Bogotá D.C. * Work modality: Remote work with possibility of in-person travel as required by the project. * Working hours: Monday to Friday — 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project. * Compensation: Monthly fees. * Availability for travel if required. **Documents Required for Hiring** -------------------------------------- * Updated resume with academic supporting documents. * Diplomas and graduation certificates. * Relevant employment or contractual certifications. * Valid RUT (Tax Identification Number). * Disciplinary background certificates.
