Job Summary: Operate forklift equipment for receiving, picking, stowing, replenishment, and dispatching goods in the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork and flexibility **LOCATION:** Rionegro **PURPOSE:** Operate forklift equipment for various warehouse processes according to instructions from the immediate supervisor (Floor Supervisor, Account Supervisor, or Team Leader) and in compliance with DHL’s and/or the client’s established quality and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform receiving, picking, stowing, replenishment, and dispatching activities involving forklift movement, following internally established procedures and/or client requirements. * Support inventory and other related processes as required. * Verify the quality and quantity of goods across all processes and report any damage or anomalies. * Re-stow goods as necessary. * Load and unload containers in the warehouse or onto transport vehicles. * Locate and organize goods in the warehouse using the forklift, then register the information in the system or inform the Data Entry Assistant / Data Entry Supervisor / Account Supervisor / Floor Supervisor to proceed accordingly. * Receive and organize relevant documentation when required by the process. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Flexibility: Ability to adapt behavior and adopt alternative approaches to ideas or criteria. * Teamwork: Willingness to participate as an integrated team member (two or more people) to achieve a shared objective, regardless of personal interests. * Control: Ability to make decisions that ensure control over methods, people, and situations. * Commitment: Demonstrating dedication to one’s own work or role and its value within the company, thereby providing additional support to the organization—even if not always personally beneficial.
