We are looking for a candidate with a technical or technological degree in Gastronomy, a Kitchen Assistant qualification, or a related field; completion of a food handling course; knowledge of waste management; and preferably experience in preparing cold, hot, and pastry items. Key responsibilities include supporting ingredient preparation according to instructions from the Chef and Sous Chef—performing tasks such as cutting, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items.
