




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical or Technological Quality Assistant to ensure food quality by performing sampling, sample preparation, and equipment verification at a food company. Support for quality and food safety management systems A food sector company requires a **Technical or Technological Professional in Quality, Quality Control, Food Processing, or related fields** to fill the position of **Quality Assistant**. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and sterilization (where applicable) of utensils used for sampling and sample processing. * Conduct sampling of raw materials, in-process products, finished products, personnel, surfaces, and environments according to the company's established protocols. * Prepare daily the spaces, materials, and supplies required for microbiological and physicochemical sample processing. * Prepare and verify supplies such as culture media, pH buffers, concentration standards, and cleaning agents. * Verify proper operation and condition of equipment used in daily activities, including pH meters, viscometers, refractometers, moisture analyzers, laboratory balances, sterilization ovens, and incubators. * Support activities related to the quality management system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety. * Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Department.
