We Are Looking for an HVAC Services Technician Level 2! **Cali \| Services Department** At **Carvel**, we are looking for a **Technician Level 2** with experience in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment maintenance, capable of tackling technical challenges in the field, leading installation activities, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** You will be responsible for performing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of air conditioning equipment, as well as installation, commissioning, and setup of HVAC systems. You will also play a key role in coordinating support staff, managing tools and materials, fulfilling work orders, and providing direct customer service. **What Are We Looking For?** * Technician or technologist in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electricity, Mechanics, Welding, Metalworking, Industrial Installation, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of general and specific experience in related positions. * Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Ability to conduct technical diagnostics and resolve field failures. * Knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and assembly. * Experience installing copper, PVC, and steel piping, ducts, and accessories. * Basic knowledge of power and control electrical systems. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Basic proficiency in Office software and computer tools. * Ability to coordinate and supervise assistants or support staff in the field. **We Are Looking for a Person With** * Service and quality orientation. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and resilience. * Sense of urgency. * Analytical thinking. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Responsibility and compliance. * Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE. **What Will You Do?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment. * Conduct field diagnostics and repairs. * Execute and supervise equipment, piping, and duct installation and assembly. * Review drawings and technical specifications before commencing work. * Coordinate activities with customers and work teams. * Verify required materials, tools, and equipment for each service. * Supervise and support auxiliary staff during task execution. * Ensure compliance with work orders, timelines, and quality standards. * Report incidents, progress, and completed activities during services. * Serve customers and provide technical recommendations when necessary. * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Participate in training and continuous improvement activities. **What Do We Offer?** **Contract:** Project-based or labor contract, with potential for direct employment with the company. **Department:** Services. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Salary:** Commensurate with experience. **Are You Interested in This Challenge?** If you are a technician with experience in **HVAC, maintenance, diagnostics, and installation**, and are seeking an opportunity to continue your professional growth, we want to meet you!
