Optimization of logistics processes and compliance with regulations **A leading company in the courier and logistics sector** is seeking a **Technician or Technologist in Logistics or related fields** to join its team. **Job Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Technician or Technologist in Logistics, Production Management, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in postal, courier, or logistics companies. Solid knowledge of: * Planning and coordinating daily cargo dispatches according to route schedules. * Coordinating loading and dispatching of orders while ensuring adherence to established timeframes. * Verifying transportation documentation (consignment notes, manifests, invoices, dispatch orders, and delivery proof). * Maintaining continuous communication with drivers, carriers, and customers regarding dispatch status. * Managing operational incidents such as delays, returns, equipment failures, route changes, or transport-related incidents. * Validating that dispatches are carried out correctly and timely according to scheduled routes. * Monitoring carrier and logistics provider performance. * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations within the warehouse. * Preparing reports on dispatches, deliveries, returns, and operational incidents. * Coordinating responses to urgent requests or priority dispatches. * Ensuring proper use of tools, equipment, and storage spaces. * Supporting logistics process optimization to improve turnaround times and productivity. * **Employment Conditions:** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ statutory transportation allowance \+ performance-based variable of 200\.000 Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
