Customer service and resolution of their needs. **You're getting closer to touching the sky! ✈️** We want you to be part of this exciting journey where you can grow and develop alongside a highly skilled and diverse team that will support you in overcoming obstacles and reaching your destination. **Sales Agent \- BOG** In this role, you will be responsible for selling and stimulating demand for airline tickets among customers visiting the counter, addressing their service needs and maximizing sales of ancillary services that promote current and future travel. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Offer and sell the airline’s portfolio of products and services according to established conditions. * Attend to and resolve customer needs in accordance with established guidelines across various channels and internal departments. * Collect payment for the sale of offered products and services. * Reconcile and close daily sales reports; receive, register, and track customer requests regarding sales, refunds, customer relations, loyalty programs, and other matters, ensuring compliance with published and established company policies and processes. * Know, comply with, and ensure adherence—within one’s scope of responsibility—to operational safety, industrial safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental policies, standards, and procedures. * Promote the purchase of travel-related ancillary services—such as additional baggage and other services—by identifying customer needs. **Check\-in / Boarding Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Technician in Economic and Administrative Sciences or Technical Program in Air Transport Administration. * **Experience:** Prior experience in the aviation sector, customer service, and sales is desirable. * **English Proficiency Level:** B2 * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Location of the Position:** Bogotá \- Colombia.
