Create active and participatory educational spaces that foster and enhance students' learning and holistic development.

* Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project within the assigned subject(s).
* Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the subject-area plan, curricular plan, and other activities and projects specific to the area.
* Effectively plan and implement learning activities, learning experiences, or school events, aligning them with curricular guidelines issued by the Colombian Ministry of National Education, as well as international curricula implemented in each school—such as HighScope (Early Childhood) and IB (Primary, Middle, and Secondary)—integrated with emotional well-being programs and/or approaches.
• Implement lesson plans and other activities to achieve class-level developmental indicators or holistic development objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical).
• Carry out monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for the indicators under one's responsibility.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Minimum one year of professional experience in similar roles.
* Minimum English proficiency level: B2.
* Experience teaching mathematics.
* Normalist, licensed, or university graduate in fields related to the position.
