




Job Summary: Coordinate and implement Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) processes, ensuring legal compliance and personnel well-being from hiring through separation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage affiliation, hiring, and onboarding processes 2. Ensure legal compliance and employee well-being 3. Strategically support company operations Technical or Technologist degree. Minimum 1 year of experience. Plan, execute, and monitor Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) processes, ensuring legal compliance, employee well-being, and strategic support for company operations; manage personnel affiliation, hiring, onboarding, and separation processes; prepare documents such as: employment contract for new employees; complete all mandatory affiliations for newly hired personnel; draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, resumes, and personnel documents.
