Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and deliver specialized services to minimize unplanned downtime of network machines and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify opportunities to improve network efficiency JOB OBJECTIVE Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as deliver specialized services, to minimize unplanned downtime of machines and equipment comprising a node (area or zone), in compliance with standards established by our clients. JOB FUNCTIONS Execute work orders with high quality and in accordance with technical specifications of network components, ensuring safety, component integrity, and achievement of performance indicators. * Develop activity schedules to efficiently plan and organize assigned tasks. * Report to the supervisor any incidents, accidents, or anomalies occurring during the workday—whether related to personnel, tools, equipment, personal protective equipment, or vehicles used. * Properly use the designated application to manage work orders and report work attendance. * Perform specific tasks associated with the assigned process, including: * HFC Preventive: Perform network maintenance and cleaning. * HFC Corrective: Organize and ensure proper operation of the network, cabling, and TAR (cards). * SNR: Maintain nodes within operational parameters. * Power Supplies: Perform modifications to the network. * B2B: Carry out tasks such as pole dressing, cable laying, blueprint reading, central routing, and connectorization. * Provide technical training and support to network users and assist in resolving connectivity-related issues. * Ensure the network complies with all applicable regulations and standards in telecommunications and information technology. * Identify opportunities to improve network efficiency and optimize associated resources and costs. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Education • High school diploma, preferably with technical or technological training in telecommunications Training * Familiarity with measurement equipment operation is preferred Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Basic Education 1 year of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, smo, social, network, community
