In this role, you will serve as the administrative and operational support for the department, ensuring that all maintenance, logistics, vendor, asset, and documentation processes operate efficiently and orderly. Experience and Knowledge Basic experience in administrative support, office operations, or Facilities-related functions. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic knowledge of document management and file organization. Familiarity with administrative platforms or ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is desirable. Skills and Competencies Proactive individual with a continuous learning mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities As a Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for: Managing and archiving cleaning, maintenance, and departmental documentation records. Coordinating meeting room and corporate space reservations. Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Controlling the entry and exit of company assets and property. Managing vendor access and visitor registration. Administering parking request submissions and allocations. Maintaining petty cash records and tracking expenses. Creating and managing purchase requests (PRs). Coordinating transportation requests. Managing client access and visit requests. Recording expenses and requests in the platform. Keeping Facilities department files and documentation up to date.
