The selected candidate will participate in activities aimed at health promotion, disease prevention, and monitoring employees' health conditions, contributing to strengthening the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Responsibilities Support the delivery of training sessions and health promotion and prevention campaigns. Provide basic first aid when required. Conduct inspections and monitor the status of first-aid kits, stretchers, and primary care equipment. Support medical case follow-up, work-related disability certifications, and occupational recommendations. Participate in the implementation of epidemiological surveillance programs. Support active break sessions and occupational well-being activities. Collaborate in organizing and conducting Health Weeks. Support documentation management and recordkeeping for the OSH area. Participate in inspection and follow-up activities related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Requirements Nursing Assistant student currently in the practical training phase. Official endorsement from the educational institution authorizing commencement of practical training. Interest in pursuing a career in Occupational Safety and Health. Basic proficiency in office software tools. Excellent service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Conditions City: Bogotá. Work Mode: On-site.
