Required Knowledge Personnel management and team leadership. Operational and administrative contract management. Customer service and user support. Monitoring and control of management indicators. Preparation of reports and presentation of results. Proficiency in office productivity tools. Knowledge of Contact Center processes and/or CORE processes (desirable). Regulatory frameworks and guidelines applicable to contractual execution. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the administrative, operational, and technical execution of the contract. Act as the primary liaison between the contracting entity and the organization. Supervise compliance with established service levels, targets, and indicators. Ensure appropriate assignment, monitoring, and control of tasks performed by supervised personnel. Monitor operational issues and implement timely solutions. Prepare management reports, results, and indicators for oversight bodies and the contracting entity. Ensure quality, timeliness, and reliability of information generated within the project. Guarantee compliance with defined procedures, guidelines, and directives for operations. Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and service delivery. Respond to and address requirements, requests, and issues raised by the contracting entity. Participate in follow-up meetings and present progress on contractual execution. Make operational decisions within the scope of authority to ensure service continuity and efficiency.
