




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Architect to lead a project factory, managing multiple initiatives and maintaining direct executive-level relationships with CEOs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead project strategy and AS-IS / TO-BE diagnostics 2. Direct implementations by coordinating multidisciplinary teams 3. Manage strategic client relationships at the C-level Project Director FEXE FEXE (Business Success Factory) organizes, systematizes, and automates companies' key processes under the Design First methodology. We seek an Operations Architect to lead a project factory: managing 15+ concurrent projects while maintaining direct executive-level relationships with CEOs. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead project strategy and in-depth AS-IS / TO-BE diagnostics - Ensure rigorous application of the DS-First methodology across all deliverables - Direct implementations by coordinating multidisciplinary teams - Manage strategic client relationships at the C-level and with boards of directors - Lead and develop senior consultants and analysts - Consolidate KPIs, OKRs, and strategic reports for General Management What we are looking for: - Degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering + Postgraduate studies in BPM, Project Management, or Digital Transformation - 6–8 years of experience in strategic projects involving process redesign and optimization - 4+ years leading consulting teams handling multiple concurrent projects - Proficiency in BPMN, SLAs, operational KPIs, RACI matrices, and OKR frameworks - Familiarity with PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies - Desirable certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, or CBPP What we offer: - Salary: To be determined based on experience and skills - Indefinite-term contract - Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote - Technology ecosystem . -Requirements- Minimum education: Postgraduate degree / Specialization 7 years of experience
