Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of architectural designs and finishes on site, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads architectural construction supervision and coordination with contractors. 2. Controls material quality and schedule compliance. 3. Ensures implementation of designs and technical specifications. **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate activities related to the on-site execution of architectural designs, guaranteeing compliance with drawings, technical specifications, schedules, budgets, and established quality standards. Ensure architectural finishes meet project requirements and applicable regulations. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields. **Experience:** 5 years of experience in architectural construction supervision, preferably in building projects, finishes, or urban development. Experience managing contractors and supervising architectural finishes. **Main Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervises architectural construction work, ensuring compliance with designs and technical specifications. 2\. Coordinates with contractors for proper execution of architectural works. 3\. Controls quality of materials used and ensures adherence to established deadlines. 4\. Performs any additional activities related to architectural construction supervision. **Software Proficiency** Revit, Navisworks, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, among others.
