You definitely don’t want to miss out! **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Senior PMO Consultant Profile** **Role Purpose** Ensure the delivery of the highest-impact and most complex projects through the implementation and monitoring of project management best practices, guaranteeing executive visibility, control, and results. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Support for Key Projects** * Support planning and monitoring of the work plan for the Modernization of Porvenir’s Corporate Virtual Branch. * Manage baseline, change control, and tracking. * Ensure timely execution, quality, and risk control. **2. Executive Visibility** * Prepare presentations for Managers (Level III) and Vice Presidents (Level IV). * Report progress, risks, early wins, scope, schedule, and cost changes. * Manage commitments arising from steering committees. **3. Dependency and Impediment Management** * Coordinate resolution of critical impediments. * Manage dependencies with cross-functional areas, external entities, and digital communities. **4. Monitoring and Measurement** * Generate tracking indicators and reports. * Measure milestones, commitments, and value delivery. **5. Continuous Improvement and Maturity** * Define feedback forums and improvement plans. * Promote adoption of agile and project management best practices. **6. Agile Team Support** * Ensure adherence to OKRs and metrics. * Promote Jira as the single source of truth for management and measurement. * Act as Scrum Master when applicable **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
