IT Support Technician **Location:** Medellín, Colombia (On-site) Position Objective We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to end users, ensuring the correct operation of technological equipment and timely handling of incidents and requests via ticket management tools. Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. * Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. * Manage and track incidents using ticket management tools. * Escalate incidents when necessary, following established procedures. * Document performed activities and implemented solutions. * Assist with installation and configuration of applications and technological equipment. * Ensure efficient, service-oriented user support. Requirements * Technical or technological degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in on-site technical support or help desk. * Experience providing support to end users. * Windows 10 and Windows 11\. * Microsoft Office and productivity tools. * Basic computer and peripheral diagnostics and maintenance. * Basic printer configuration. * Fundamental networking (TCP/IP, LAN and Wi\-Fi connectivity). * Experience using ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, GLPI, Freshservice, Zendesk, ManageEngine ServiceDesk, or similar). * Availability to work on-site in Medellín.
