Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and established service levels. * Monitor and control last-mile operations. * Track management indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate the operational team to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficiency and profitability. * Manage operational exceptions and provide timely resolution to incidents. * Prepare management reports and operational analysis. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements * Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience coordinating logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehousing processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge and experience with last-mile systems, Promilla, Tracking, and Qlik. * Leadership, organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and strong orientation toward achieving KPIs.
