Job Summary: We are seeking an OSH Supervisor to develop and supervise occupational safety and health activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and validate daily work formats for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). 2. Supervise operational activities and report unsafe conditions. 3. We are looking for you ***OSH SUPERVISOR*** On-site Mode \- Girardota, Colombia **Responsibilities:** * Develop daily work formats and validate them with the client's OSH department. * Conduct daily safety talks and submit daily reports. * Supervise staff operational activities and report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, or non-conformities. * Prepare and update mandatory OSH and environmental records. * Update the project's SSOMA management according to the scheduled plan. * Establish committees and emergency response teams, and train team members. * Manage safety materials assigned to the project, ensuring proper delivery, usage, and return. * Coordinate solid waste disposal with contractors and/or third parties. * Prepare biweekly and monthly reports with statistics on project activities. * Prepare and deliver the SSOMA dossier to the client, ensuring compliance and a signed delivery receipt. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technician with a valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Safety and Health Management, or related fields. * Training in OSH Management Systems (SG-SST), high-risk work, and a 50-hour OSH training course. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of OSH regulations, SSOMA management, and safety standards. * Intermediate Excel and Office 365 skills. * Basic English proficiency. * Driver’s license (desirable) If you meet the profile and wish to take on this new challenge, apply now and become part of Friopacking Colombia!
