Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced tractor operator for agricultural tasks, including land preparation, fumigation, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform maintenance on equipment We are looking for a male candidate with experience operating tractors to work on farms in Madrid, Cundinamarca, and surrounding areas including Sopo, Cajicá, Funza, Boyacá, Duitama, Briceño, and La Calera. The candidate will be responsible for operating tractors and performing tasks such as land preparation, fumigation, mechanization, and equipment relocation. Prior experience in this role is essential. **Responsibilities:** · Operate tractors safely and efficiently · Perform tasks such as soil preparation and fumigation. · Support farm operations while protecting crops (drainage, weeding, cleaning, machinery sanitation). · Maintain equipment in good condition and promptly report any damages. · Perform maintenance on assigned equipment. · Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives. · Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements:** · Primary / Technical / Technological education · Valid driver's license · Minimum 2 years of experience operating tractors · Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly · Personal motorcycle for transportation **We Offer** Transportation allowance and meal allowance.\+ Average overtime pay: 2 million to 3 million COP · Emotional salary (birthday leave, life insurance, etc.) · Excellent working environment.
