They feel empowered to stay on the move and do what needs to be done at any given moment. Whether handling guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or managing other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals essential to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in a variety of tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds without assistance).
