**What is the objective of this position?**
We seek a Trade Procurement Analyst who ensures efficient end-to-end procurement management, guaranteeing product availability, fulfillment of commercial commitments, and an excellent experience for our customers and business partners.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
* Manage matched purchases originating from sales orders and projects, ensuring manufacturer purchases align with sales requirements.
* Analyze purchase requests and validate quantities, part numbers, pricing, special discounts, ACOPS, availability, and other essential information required to execute purchases correctly.
* Create, process, and track purchase orders with manufacturers, ensuring accurate commercial and operational information.
* Continuously monitor the end\-to\-end procurement process—from order creation through confirmation, shipment, system entry, and cost review.
* Coordinate and collaborate with manufacturers on order confirmations, status updates, product availability, estimated delivery dates, backorders, quantity changes, and cancellations.
* Manage and track backorders, shortages, and/or delays, identifying alternatives to minimize impact on procurement.
* Validate that procured products match the conditions defined in sales orders and/or quotes, deals, and special discounts—avoiding errors in part numbers, quantities, pricing, or configurations.
* Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers, managing confirmations, order updates, delivery dates, and incident resolution.
* Utilize corporate tools (X4A, XVS, SAP, Impulse) and manufacturer systems to check availability, create and monitor orders, track shipments, and obtain up-to-date procurement status information.
* Keep ZPOETA information updated regarding purchase orders and ensure traceability of all procurement activities.
* Generate and analyze reports on purchase orders, open orders, backorders, supplier performance, and other operational KPIs.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and procurement process optimization.
**Requirements and Experience:**
* **Minimum 2 years of procurement experience**, in procurement, supply chain, commercial operations, logistics, order management, or related fields.
* Experience in matched procurement and/or back-to-back procurement processes and purchase order management—preferably within technology companies.
* Knowledge of the procurement lifecycle.
* Ability to analyze and manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously.
* Familiarity with **SAP MM module and/or ERP systems**. Experience with procurement-related modules or processes is desirable.
* Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large volumes of data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong follow-up capability and sense of urgency—especially for project-related orders.
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
