We seek a cross-functional, detail-oriented, dynamic, and highly solution-driven professional capable of transforming our ERP data into real operational improvements. Job Objective: Convert the company’s operational and financial information into practical decision-making tools by optimizing processes, improving departmental efficiency, and contributing to the structured and scalable growth of the business. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Strategic Analysis: Analyze ERP data and build operational, strategic, and management indicator (KPI) reports. Supply Chain Optimization: Support procurement and supply planning through predictive data analysis. Information Control: Structure, organize, and clean databases; support data loading and validation in the system. Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities in operational, administrative, and accounting processes to reduce rework and execution time. Automation: Design practical solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows. Cross-functional Support: Detect errors, inconsistencies, or operational risks by collaborating closely with all company departments. What Profile Are We Looking For? Academic Background: Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analysis, process optimization, or operational support. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (complex formulas, handling and cleaning operational/financial data). Power BI proficiency is desirable. Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), databases, and analytical tools. Competencies: Analytical and curious mindset, strong autonomous execution capability, proactivity, and results orientation. Job Conditions: Location: Bogotá (on-site work). Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract (directly with the company). Work Schedule: Full-time.
