Leverage AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code for development Senior Fullstack Engineer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and execution\-driven Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a complex, multi\-workstream delivery program for a leading Oil \& Gas client. The role spans two primary workstreams \- Logistics and an internal/external\-facing digital platform \- requiring active, hands\-on contribution across multiple technical teams. This is not an oversight or advisory position; we expect this engineer to write production\-quality code daily, tackle complex technical challenges independently, and drive tangible delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong full\-stack proficiency with a pragmatic, delivery\-oriented mindset and a proven track record of building scalable software in demanding enterprise environments. Required Skills \& Qualifications (Must\-Have) \- 5\+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer delivering production software in complex enterprise environments. \- Advanced proficiency in Angular for front\-end development, including component architecture, reactive programming (RxJS), and performance optimization. \- Strong back\-end development skills in Python (primary language), including REST API design, frameworks such as FastAPI and async patterns. \- Solid Java development experience at an intermediate level, capable of contributing to and maintaining existing Java\-based services. \- Hands\-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent AI\-assisted coding tooling integrated into day\-to\-day development workflows. \- Experience working in scaled Agile delivery programs with multiple simultaneous teams, parallel workstreams, and cross\-functional dependencies. \- Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. \- Demonstrated ability to work end\-to\-end on features \- from requirement refinement through design, implementation, testing, and deployment. \- Professional\-level English proficiency (written and spoken) \- mandatory for client\-facing communication and international team collaboration.
