To achieve the above, this position aims to timely deliver assigned route services while complying with the company’s operational and safety standards, recording movements of assigned/collected equipment at customer homes, and providing quality service to users—including instruction on the operation and handling precautions for cylinders and medical devices. This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role as part of a highly collaborative team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Report all unsafe conditions or acts during job performance to prevent occupational accidents. Load and unload medical equipment and devices onto the vehicle, observing established safety rules to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Verify equipment loaded onto the vehicle to ensure alignment with the service order requirements for the assigned route. * Securely fasten equipment to the vehicle structure to prevent potential damage. Support the driving team by guiding them to patients’ homes (addresses) to avoid distractions during navigation. * Assist the driving team with reversing and docking maneuvers to prevent traffic accidents. Deliver services (home delivery and pickup of equipment) in accordance with established procedures to ensure fulfillment of the service commitment. * Conduct preliminary risk identification at patients’ homes to promptly identify and mitigate risks associated with home oxygen therapy services. * Train patients on the use of delivered medical devices and oxygen safety to ensure correct equipment usage and prevent home accidents. * Assign equipment to patients via Oxy Logistics to ensure equipment traceability and closure of service orders. * Complete and accurately document all service-related paperwork to ensure availability of quality evidence. * Report route incidents and patient data changes to the Distribution Assistant to ensure proper information registration. * Safeguard documentation and equipment during route execution to prevent loss or damage.
