Job Description Your Challenges: Apply comprehensive knowledge of the SIIGO accounting software to processes such as chart of accounts (PUC) creation, bank reconciliation, inflation adjustments, provisions, calculation and management of amortizations and depreciations, generation of official ledgers, and preparation of basic and general financial statements—enabling you to effectively transfer this knowledge to program users. Apply payroll module knowledge in accordance with Law 100 and Law 50 regarding pension, health, tax withholding, ARL, and self-calculation of parafiscal contributions. Guide and support users in cases of doubt regarding the above items, adhering to sound accounting practices and legal regulations, to define solutions tailored to each client’s specific situation. Respond to any client requests and provide accurate, reliable information related to the SIIGO accounting software. Follow up on commitments made to clients. What Do We Need From You? You are a technical specialist, technologist, and/or undergraduate student in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields, with at least fourth-semester standing.
