Job Summary: We are seeking an Articulation Professional to serve as the bridge between judicial offices and a project, implementing technological appropriation strategies and digital culture initiatives in Boyacá. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany judicial offices in digital adoption and lead training sessions. 2. Identify needs and coordinate territorial intervention activities. 3. Dynamic role with high mobility and field management capability. We are currently seeking an Articulation Professional to carry out field activities in the Boyacá region: Tunja, Cómbita, Oicatá, Chivatá, Soracá, Motavita, Siachoque, Samacá, Villa de Leyva, Paipa, Duitama, Sogamoso, Chiquinquirá, Puerto Boyacá Required Profile: - Systems Engineer, or professional in social sciences, public administration, business administration, social communication, marketing, law, or engineering (industrial, electronic, administrative, or related fields). - Experience in territorial work, training, or project implementation. - Postgraduate degree in project management, public management, systems engineering, digital transformation, technological innovation, technology management, or related areas. - Minimum (2) years of field or territorial work experience, interaction with communities or institutional stakeholders, collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information, preparation of technical reports, and coordination of activities in governmental projects. - Minimum (4) years of professional experience. - 100% availability during the territorial intervention period (3 months). You will serve as the bridge between judicial offices and the project, ensuring correct implementation of technological appropriation strategies and digital culture, facilitating adoption of digital tools in the territory. What will you do? - Accompany judicial offices in digital adoption processes - Lead awareness-raising and training sessions for judicial staff - Identify needs, perceptions, and opportunities for improvement in the use of technological tools - Coordinate and execute territorial intervention activities - Document processes and prepare technical follow-up reports Key Position Conditions: - Fieldwork involving permanent travel between municipalities - Personal vehicle is desirable - Full availability to travel within the department - Focus on goal achievement and consistent reporting Important: This role requires high mobility, direct user engagement, and strong field management capability.
