This role is hands‑on and operational, working closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver webinars, events, localized content, and digital programs using Hyland’s marketing and sales tools. This is a supporting role ideal for someone with foundational marketing experience who is ready to grow within B2B tech. \#LI\-REMOTE **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Support the activation of regional marketing campaigns, including email programs, webinars, digital events, and partner/customer activities. * Coordinate campaign logistics end‑to‑end, from asset preparation to execution and post‑campaign reporting. * Manage translations and localization requests for marketing content and assets. * Work with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, project management and budgeting tools) to set up campaigns, track performance, and maintain data accuracy. * Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time. * Assist with event support, including scheduling, attendee tracking, and follow‑up coordination. * Collaborate with sales to validate lead quality and ensure proper handoff. * Provide light creative support (formatting, basic design adjustments) where needed. * Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements that enhance campaign execution efficiency. **Basic Qualifications** ------------------------ * 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technology environments. * Experience supporting campaigns or marketing programs. * Familiarity with Salesforce and general project management tools; exposure to budgeting tools is a plus. * Basic creative skills (formatting, simple design edits, asset preparation). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and cross‑functional teams. * Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. **What you can expect next** * Hyland Recruiters thoroughly review every application and will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks regarding next steps.
