Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operator to carry out logistics operational activities, ensuring proper handling, organization, and dispatch of products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in assembling orders for dispatch A company located in Medellín requires a Logistics Operator for its team, with six (6) months of experience in logistics, production, warehouse, and inventory management. Academic qualification: High school graduate. Job Requirements: Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and for products handled. Proficiency in picking, assembling, sorting, repackaging, and organizing. Job Mission: Efficiently execute logistics operational activities, ensuring proper handling, organization, and dispatch of products in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Perform picking activities according to established orders. Sort and organize products in the warehouse. Execute merchandise repackaging processes. Assist in assembling orders for dispatch. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits + transportation allowance + night shift surcharges + overtime (approximately between $2,200,000 and $2,300,000). Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekend day off, on rotating shifts: Shift 1 from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Shift 2 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Shift 3 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Workplace: Envigado, Antioquia, on-site mode.-Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
