




Job Summary: We are seeking a Meat Assistant / Self-Service Butcher to ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of meat products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Specialized customer service and management of meat products. 2. Cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning of meats. 3. Maintaining order, display, and preservation of meat products. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Meat Assistant / Self-Service Butcher, working in the meat department (chicken, beef, pork, and fish). The primary objective of this position is to ensure specialized customer service and guarantee the correct processing—including cutting, deboning, packaging, cleaning, and displaying—of meat products, in compliance with established quality and freshness standards. Responsibilities: Perform cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning of meats (beef, pork, chicken, and fish). Maintain product assortment, order, and display of meat products according to the established layout plan. Ensure proper rotation and preservation of meats in refrigerators and cold rooms. Carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of work areas and equipment. Inspect and report the condition of machines, tools, and equipment before use. Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment regulations (e.g., metal gloves, hairnets, etc.). Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Report stockouts, anomalies, and support operational tasks in the section when required. Salary: $1,800,000 + current statutory social benefits Academic Qualifications: High school diploma; food handling course Experience: At least 1 year in the sector.
