This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Execute activities and ensure adoption of best practices in the logistics solutions the company must implement, considering variables such as: context, speed, reliability, and adaptability — with the objective of generating value for customers and efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability for the company. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields. * English proficiency level B1/B2 is mandatory — ability to hold business conversations, write reports, and present results fluently in English. * Demonstrable training in Project Management (diploma, specialization, or CAPM/PMP certification is a strong plus). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) and mastery of Excel/Power BI for reporting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and process optimization, application of Lean or Kaizen methodologies, execution of efficiency projects, data analysis, and standardization of operational processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Project Lifecycle Management: O2D process and high-impact projects. * Coordinate, plan, and supervise execution of assigned projects from initiation through closure. * Monitoring and Control: Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; identify deviations promptly and propose agile solutions. * Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams, operations teams, and management — ensuring clear, transparent, and assertive information flow. * Resource Management: Ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of established KPIs for each project. * Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and potential risks, acting diligently to resolve them before they affect the pipeline. * Create and maintain planning and forecasting models in software (e.g., Vensim, ForecastPro).
