Requirements: Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Backend Developer with advanced proficiency in Golang, including its syntax, types (structs, interfaces, slices, maps), pointer handling, and memory management. Solid experience in concurrency using goroutines, channels, and synchronization (mutexes, WaitGroups), as well as idiomatic error handling and use of panic/recover. In-depth knowledge of interfaces and composition to design modular and decoupled code. Ability to build robust RESTful APIs using the net/http package or lightweight frameworks, handling JSON, routing, middleware, and REST principles. Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) using database/sql or ORMs such as GORM, including schema design, query optimization, and transaction management. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for event-driven architectures. Mastery of automated testing (unit tests, integration tests, table\-driven tests, benchmarks) and use of context for timeout and cancellation handling in concurrent operations. Proficiency with Go Modules for dependency management and Git for version control, emphasizing code quality, best practices, and SOLID principles.
