Promotes teamwork and a safety-focused mindset A prominent industrial-sector company located in Malambo is currently seeking a Raw Materials Assistant to support processes related to the receipt, storage, and inventory control of materials used in production. Main Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials according to purchase orders. Store raw materials adhering to organizational, rotation, and safety criteria. Operate the overhead crane for the safe lifting and transportation of heavy materials. Timely supply of required raw materials to production based on work orders. Maintain up-to-date inventory records in Excel and/or management systems. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and 5S practices (order and cleanliness). Requirements: Education: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in logistics, industrial operations, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year handling raw materials, inventories, or industrial storage. Knowledge: Overhead crane operation (valid certification required). Basic proficiency in Excel and inventory control. Competencies: Responsibility and commitment. Teamwork and assertive communication. Organization, attention to detail, and safety orientation. Working Conditions: Work Location: Malambo, Atlantico. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, full-time. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Salary: $1,750,905 + $249,000 transportation allowance. Bonus: Additional performance-based participation.
