Tasks including loading, unloading, collection, and operation of machinery A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no transportation service provided by the company. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation service; personal transportation is essential.
