Development: personalized career plan and training programs. ### **What We Are Looking For?** **Backend Developer** ### **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Build business logic and develop APIs oriented toward collections processes. * Design and implement backend services using microservice-based architectures. * Integrate with external systems for querying obligations and managing collection actions. * Ensure code quality through implementation of unit tests. * Participate in the evolution of robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions. * Collaborate on technical definition and continuous improvement of backend services. ### **Academic Profile:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. ### **Experience:** * Backend development experience focused on API construction and business logic. * Experience integrating systems via events and services. * Experience developing unit tests. ### **Required Technical Skills:** * Java * Spring Boot * Spring Cloud * Node.js * TypeScript * OpenAPI * Kafka integration * JUnit and Mockito (unit testing) * AWS * PostgreSQL * Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for development, testing, and documentation ### **Desired Technical Skills:** * AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway) * Experience with financial products ### **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Teamwork * Clear technical communication ability * Results orientation * Adaptability to dynamic environments As a partner for IT consulting and software development, we specialize in the digital transformation of our clients in finance, insurance, and industry.
