Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment A prominent national technology company is currently seeking new talent to strengthen its field technical support team serving end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED/GRADUATED TECHNICIAN or TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, or related fields. Certified experience exceeding TWO YEARS providing on-site and remote technical support to computer equipment and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups; operating system migration; equipment setup and inventory; knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; network management; diagnosis and resolution of issues in laptops and desktops; working at heights. Primary responsibilities include field support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset; connecting devices to the domain and configuring network settings (IP and DNS); accurate case documentation and incident reporting; courteous and effective user interaction. Conditions: Work Location: GIRARDOT and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily), plus availability on Saturdays (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract Type: PROJECT-BASED OR SERVICE CONTRACT Salary: COP $1,750,905 + COP $38,000 telephone allowance + COP $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and per diems (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonus payments, severance pay, severance interest, paid vacation). MUST possess valid working-at-heights certification and training.
