Job Summary: A leading company in the electrical sector based in Medellín is seeking a Production Manager to lead teams, plan, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical components, ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate production teams with a focus on goals and quality. 2. Planning and monitoring the manufacturing of electrical components. 3. Supervise production processes according to quality and safety standards. A prominent electrical sector company located in Medellín is looking for experienced personnel (minimum 2 years) to join its team as Production Manager. · Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. · Specific responsibilities: -Lead and coordinate the production team to ensure goal achievement. -Plan, schedule, and monitor the manufacturing of electrical components. -Supervise the proper execution of production processes according to quality and safety standards. -Manage operational staff, workload allocation, and performance. -Monitor production indicators, delivery times, waste, and rework. · Required knowledge: -Manufacturing processes for medium- and low-voltage electrical substations. -Interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams. -Metal-mechanical and industrial processes. -Production planning, control, and management indicators. -Proficiency in office software and ERP systems such as SIESA (preferred). · Salary: $4,500,000 + statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:16 p.m.; Saturdays as required by production. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract with statutory benefits.
