We are currently looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer**. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing cross-cutting technical leadership to development teams, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and evolution. Additionally, they will serve as a technical reference point, promoting sound engineering practices and facilitating communication between development teams and various project stakeholders. **Role Responsibilities:*** Lead Backend and Frontend development teams technically, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. * Design and validate scalable, secure, and performance-oriented software architectures. * Support technical initiatives by assisting in prioritization, estimation, and resolution of blockers. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, technical refinements, and follow-up sessions. * Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design through to production deployment. * Manage and strengthen continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. * Mentor and support the technical growth of team developers. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and technological evolution within the project. ✔️ **Job Requirements:*** Proven experience providing technical leadership to Full Stack development teams. * Advanced knowledge of **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS. * Experience developing APIs and microservices using **Node.js**. * Knowledge of reactive programming using **Spring WebFlux**. * Frontend development experience with **Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS**. * Proficiency with application lifecycle management tools such as **Jira** and **Azure DevOps**. * Experience managing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release management strategies. * Ability to lead technical discussions, influence architectural decisions, and coordinate multiple stakeholders. * Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills. **Location:** Medellín (hybrid model) We seek professionals passionate about technology, with strategic vision, leadership capability, and results orientation—individuals who enjoy empowering teams and building high-impact solutions in dynamic and challenging environments.
