Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in recording and data entry of accounting transactions. 2. Prepare payroll and social security settlements. 3. Support bank reconciliation and administrative management. A prominent company in the GRAPHIC INDUSTRY sector requires an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT to join its team, whose mission will be to support Accounting Management in tasks such as entering and recording the company's operational accounting transactions and verifying their proper accounting treatment, as well as preparing payroll and social security settlements. **Education: Technical or technological degree in Accounting, with knowledge of World Office or accounting software, and Office suite (advanced or intermediate level).** Responsibilities include: · Supporting Administrative Management in accounting, administrative, and operational processes. · Assisting in bank reconciliation management. · Supporting Accounting Management in data entry and recording of the company's operational accounting transactions. · Entering disbursement vouchers. · Receiving petty cash invoices from the company and performing appropriate handling and filing. · Performing appropriate handling and filing of accounting processes (e.g., legalizations, disbursement vouchers). · Reviewing and accounting for petty cash.
