Requirements * 1 year of garment production experience; experience in mattress production is preferred. * Proficiency in flat-bed sewing machines, overlock machines, and/or coverstitch machines. * Knowledge of garment production and finishing processes. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. Responsibilities * Operate assigned garment sewing machines. * Produce garments according to technical specifications. * Meet established production targets. * Inspect the quality of finished garments. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations.
