The purpose of this position is: “To provide business area support and accompaniment through enterprise application management, ERP functional support, coordination of technological initiatives, and support for digital transformation projects, ensuring operational continuity, process improvement, and effective adoption of technological solutions.” **What are we looking for?** **Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.** **Requirements:** **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to application support, ERP support, functional analysis, technology project management, or software development. * Experience in internal user support and assistance. * Participation in information system implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects. * Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements. * Knowledge of and support for enterprise ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). * Experience in database queries and analysis (SQL). * Development or maintenance of web, mobile applications, or automations. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Creation of reports and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, BO, Python. Intermediate English proficiency preferred. Project Management, ERP Administration and Support, CRM, Software Development and Automations, Data Analysis and Visualization Tools (Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, Python), System Integrations (REST API, WS, SOAP). **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of technology projects * Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new solutions or enhancements to existing systems * Coordinate functional testing (UAT) and support deployment of developments, integrations, and updates * Support development of applications, automations, reports, and integrations based on business needs * Create and maintain up-to-date technical, functional, and process documentation related to technological solutions * Train and support users in the use of applications, tools, and technological processes * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through technology * Generate indicators, reports, and analyses to facilitate decision-making and project tracking * Collaborate with various organizational departments to ensure proper operation and evolution of technological solutions **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience **Ready for the challenge?
