Job Summary: This apprenticeship position involves attending classes, complying with the regulations of the training entity and the company, and applying diligence to achieve optimal performance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive professional training. 2. Compliance with company regulations and policies. 3. Practical training period with the sponsoring company. * Attend classes punctually during the teaching phases to receive the comprehensive professional training stipulated in this contract. * Align behavior with the regulations and rules established by THE TRAINING ENTITY. * Apply maximum diligence and effort to achieve the highest performance in training. * Attend the facilities of THE SPONSORING COMPANY punctually and fully comply with all instructions provided, without implying labor subordination, bearing in mind that, as stipulated in literal b) numeral 2 of Article 30 of Law 789 of 2002, the apprentice's subordination refers exclusively to activities inherent to the apprenticeship. * When, for reasons of force majeure, THE APPRENTICE cannot attend theoretical training, he/she must nevertheless fulfill the practical training period with THE SPONSORING COMPANY. * Faithfully comply with THE SPONSORING COMPANY's institutional policies, especially those related to the Code of Ethics, the Illicit Activities Prevention System, Information Security, Use of the Internet Network and Email, and Use of Technology and User Tools. To this end, THE APPRENTICE expressly authorizes THE SPONSORING COMPANY, from the outset, to monitor his/her use of information systems, including access to the email account provided by THE SPONSORING COMPANY, as well as records of visits to Internet sites. Likewise, and in fulfillment of the aforementioned purpose, THE APPRENTICE undertakes to become familiar with and remain updated on all communications published by THE SPONSORING COMPANY regarding these matters.
