If you are passionate about functional analysis, user support, and continuous improvement of technological processes, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a Functional Analyst with the following requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in functional support or Level II application support. * Knowledge of functional requirements analysis and management. * Experience in user support and accompaniment, incident identification and resolution. * Ticket handling and tracking, functional documentation, and case traceability. * Analytical skills, assertive communication, and teamwork ability. * Desired experience with incident management tools and agile methodologies.
