If you share our vision and wish to join a company driving ecological transformation, we invite you to become part of our team. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Position:** Warehouse Clerk **Location:** Km 4 Vía La Mesa, lote 7 vereda Balsillas **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Department:** Warehouse **Role Purpose:** Fulfill material, spare parts, equipment, and other supply requirements from various units or departments, and support administrative processes of the PTA. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Receive and inspect materials, spare parts, equipment, components, and other supplies entering the warehouse. 2\. Verify that the characteristics of materials, spare parts, equipment, and/or supplies entering the warehouse match the requisition issued; sign delivery notes and return copies to suppliers. 3\. Assign codes to goods entering the warehouse and record them in manual ledgers (kardex) and/or computerized systems (AX). 4\. Classify and organize materials within the warehouse to ensure rapid location. 5\. Receive and review internal requisitions for materials, spare parts, and/or equipment. 6\. Prepare warehouse dispatch documents and delivery confirmations for requested goods. 7\. Track outgoing goods from the warehouse by recording them in manual ledgers (kardex) and/or computerized systems (AX). 8\. Conduct weekly cyclical inventories and semi-annual general inventories in the warehouse. 9\. Identify low-turnover inventory items and report them to immediate supervisors for appropriate action. 10\. Maintain orderly work equipment and workspace, reporting any anomalies. 11\. Actively participate in all initiatives promoting software updates, CRMs, applications, and new projects. 12\. Support the proper administrative functioning of the local site. 13\.
