Ensure positive market evolution in the generics segment (market share gain) and achievement of sales turnover objectives across the country’s points of sale and assigned channels, through correct execution and implementation of the company’s strategies and plans. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify specific needs of assigned accounts and generate value-adding solutions; build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders of key accounts; ensure successful launches of new products. * Propose commercial strategies via an account plan focused on account development, considering an optimal balance among the various portfolio clusters. * Lead, coordinate, and establish communication bridges between both parties’ teams to ensure execution of the agreed-upon account plan (between the account and GENFAR), involving all regions impacted by the client; produce periodic progress reports on the account plan, KPIs, and other relevant information for cross-functional members involved in account development. * Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment on plans and strategies. * Manage cost-to-serve, gross-to-net, and promotional investment across assigned accounts’ business lines, ensuring expected return on investment. * Develop budgets and finalize negotiations for defined periods (minimum 1\-3 years) with clients, guaranteeing achievement of targets regarding: Sales, turnover, efficient product availability on shelves, visibility, inventory control, service levels, financial terms, among others—with an appropriate balance across product clusters. * Conduct periodic tracking of defined management indicators, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when deviations from objectives occur. * Execute new product launches (e.g., customer coding, activities ensuring distribution, etc.). * Coordinate and execute company strategies and plans targeting pharmacy owners/managers and staff, as well as pharmaceutical chemists, through various distributors. * Ensure achievement of Sell-in and Sell-out targets with assigned clients. * Analyze Genfar’s and the market’s monthly performance for assigned clients to optimize or appropriately and promptly correct performance. * Guarantee optimal portfolio coverage (penetration and depth) at each point of sale under direct influence (chains) and via commercial dynamics (Annex 13\) impacting the distribution channel. * Coordinate and execute new product placements, ensuring required unit quantities reach the correct points of sale. * Provide accurate, reliable, and timely information about clients and the market to relevant company departments. * Plan, manage, and track annual priorities and competencies, as well as one’s individual development plan, to elevate performance and results delivery. * Ensure teamwork to guarantee proper communication of plans implemented at client sites and their correct execution. * Measure and control point-of-sale investments (trade marketing and commercial plans) to ensure the company’s fastest possible return on investment. * Comply with company guidelines, adhering to the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations and policies. * Consolidate and periodically report to immediate supervisor price shopping and competitor analysis across various points of sale to understand national market behavior. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies (e.g., affiliation plans) and the Corporate Code of Ethics **Requirements** **About You** * **Education:** Technician or university graduate in administrative or related fields **Experience and Knowledge:** * Commercial and Trade Marketing knowledge * Strategic analysis and planning * Negotiation * Project management and leadership—planning and execution * Customer relationship management & effective communication * Financial acumen * Digital and technological knowledge transformation * Understanding of the healthcare system * Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Availability to travel and possess personal transportation **Additional Information** Learn more about the company at Genfar.com
