Key Requirements: Minimum Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields. Technical Knowledge and Experience: Service and/or project lifecycle management Service governance and assurance Document management and operational tracking Agile frameworks and Scrum Client relationship management and commitment tracking Experience metrics management (CSAT, NPS, VoC) — desirable Design Thinking training — mandatory, with emphasis on ideation, process improvement, and service experience. Minimum Experience: 1–3 years in service management, delivery, operational coordination, or governance support within B2B environments.
