We are looking for a Project Manager Medium with a strong focus on service governance, customer management, and SLA compliance assurance to lead IT services operations in B2B environments. If you have experience managing end-to-end services, leading customer relationships, and ensuring operational stability of critical services, this opportunity is for you. Key Requirements Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, or related fields, complemented by training in project management, service management, ITIL, PMO, or agile frameworks. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT service management and/or delivery, in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Service Governance Specialist, or PM/PMO in managed services. Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation — Mandatory ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — Desirable ITIL 4 Managing Professional Practices — Desirable PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 — Desirable PSM or CSM — Desirable Additional Knowledge: Design Thinking applied to service improvement and customer experience (mandatory). Customer Experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) Negotiation and conflict management in service delivery ISO 9001 (quality) Awareness of ISO 27001 Role Purpose Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services and/or projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), ensuring smooth transition, governance, and stable, measurable, and auditable operations. Responsible for customer relationship management, SLA compliance, critical incident management, and service continuity assurance.
