Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician/Technologist or related field professional with experience in technical support for computer equipment and peripherals, maintenance and diagnosis, and knowledge of POS systems. A reputable technology services company specializing in technical support is currently seeking an on-site Support Technician with the following requirements: * Graduated Technician/Technologist in Systems, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience in technical support services, preferably for computers and their peripherals. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnosis and maintenance of computer equipment. Printer repair and maintenance. Knowledge of operating systems and backup execution. Preparation of computer equipment. Configuration and installation of new applications. Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 system migrations, as well as preparation of management reports required by each client. POS SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. Conditions: Work Location: TOCANCIPÁ and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL). 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus availability on Saturdays (without exceeding 44 weekly hours).
